My New Banner

I thought I'd try my hand and creating a blog banner using Stampin' Up!s My Digital Studio. I sort of like it but the text is a bit blurry. I'll have to fuss with it later 'cause I'm have to get ready for a class I'll be doing today. I'll post pictures later. Let me know what you think. Have a SUPER day, Connie

Holiday Blog Tour - Day Four

Holiday Blog Tour - Day Four Well, today is the last day of the RemARKable Stampers Holiday Blog Tour. I hope you had a wonderful time and have lots of ideas. What I chose to show you is a color combo that I saw somewhere and I really fell in love with it. Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, and Very Vanilla. I ran the Very Vanilla card stock through the Sizzix Big Shot using the Petals-A-Plenty Textured Impressions Folder from the Holiday Mini. I stamped the Merry Christmas stamp from the Holiday Best Level One Hostess set in Rich Razzleberry. I overstamped it with Versamark and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I added Rich Razzleberry Polka Dot Ribbon. I trimmed all the corners with the 3/16" Corner Rounder. I hope you enjoy it. Next on the tour is Jackie Bottomley. Have fun. Thanks to everyone for their comments on my cards. I got a smile every time I received one. Be blessed, Connie

Holiday Blog Tour - Day Three

Holiday Blog Tour - Day Three Isn't this fun? Today I want to show you another card using the Snow Swirled stamp set. I really love the versatility of this set. This time, I stamped the snow flakes in Whisper White Craft Ink and while still wet, I dusted it with Dazzling Diamonds. I used Kraft card stock for the card base. I edged a strip of Whisper White with our Scalloped Edge Punch and layered it with another strip of Kraft card stock. I love the simplicity.
Now on to the next stop. I wonder what Jackie Bottomley has to show you, Until tomorrow, Blessings to you, Connie

Holiday Blog Tour - Day Two

Get ready for day 2 of the RemARKable Stampers Holiday Blog Tour. I hope you are getting lots of ideas My sample today uses Whisper White, Real Red, and Old Olive. I stamped the snowmen from the More The Merrier Hostess set in Basic Black and I colored the snowmen using Real Red, Summer Sun, Bashful Blue, and Only Orange Stampin' Write Markers. I stamped the Merry Christmas from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set and then tied it all up in a neat bow of 1/4" Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon.
Next, go see what Jackie Bottomley has to show you. Blessings to you, Connie

Holiday Blog Tour - Day One

I hope you are enjoying all the beautiful examples of this tour by RemARKable Stampers. For my example I stamped the tree and sentiment from the Snow Swirled set in Basic Black Classic Ink on Whisper White cardstock. I matted it with Basic Black and Melon Mambo (one of the new In Colors). I also used Melon Mambo Polka Dot Grosgrain Ribbon and 1/4" Basic Black Grosgrain Ribbon. I added some sparkle with Dazzling Diamonds glitter and the 2 Way Glue Pen.
Please visit Jackie Bottomley at her blog to see what she has for you to see. Let me know if you have any trouble with this link. Happy stamping Connie
